Everything at this American BBQ diner tasted sooo good. The smoked brisket was definitely the highlight and the chips were crisp and well seasoned. Burgers were juicy and the buns were so soft. The Tradie box is such great value. Staff was super friendly too.

We love Black Bear BBQ. You can’t go past the Beans and Brisket. We had our usual Brisket Box. Unfortunately for us we got there a bit late and missed out on a Sweet Potato. There Great. Can’t wait to go back.

Although my unsatisfactory with my meal , I enjoyed the place atmosphere and smiled friendly staff. Will be happy to try them again with different meal and I'll take my own cutlery using wood folks and knives not suitable for their meals.

Staff are AMAZING and the owners are so kind and lovely. The food was delicious, we ate so much and were absolutely stuffed by the end of the meal. 100/10 I will always recommend this place, thank you for a beautiful time

Food is really delicious i had brisket and gravy roll.Brisket was cooked to perfection, gravy had good flavour.however I would have liked alot more gravy on roll as it did feel a bit dry or maybe a cup of gravy to dip roll in would have been a better experience, overall I enjoyed the food and some really cool things to look at around the place.i would definitely go back again.

[ ] Locating/Ease of Access: 8/10 Reasonably easy to find, with decent parking and a side entrance for those unable to take the stairs. [ ] Service/Wait Times: 10/10 I have visited here on 5 separate occasions, the service has consistently been excellent, and the wait times are very reasonable. Even when busy during lunch rush, my food was out within 20 minutes. [ ] Atmosphere/Feel: 7/10 The decor is a little dated, with a dilapidated bear mascot as the first thing you see when you come in, and the feel of a dive diner. The smell is mouth watering, with meat smokers going throughout the day. Overall the food is the star, so you can overlook the decorating. [ ] Food/Drink: 10/10 This is where this place shines! Hands down THE best smoked meats in Sydney. Blackbear do an incredible job of ensuring consistency, quality and the production of something nobody can emulate. I have tried a few different things on the menu, my personal favourite being the loaded pulled pork fries. They also have a breakfast menu which is very good. The only let down for me was the mac and cheese being a little bland -but as a side dish- it's hard to compete with the main focus. [ ] Other: 10/10 I have eaten Black Bear Grill at events, catering, at their Blacktown and Wetherill Park locations, as well as uber eats. Very few places are this consistent. I would highly recommend this business!

One of the best places for American bbq. The food is just on point here especially with their beef brisket. If you’re unsure it’s worth grabbing a couple of your mates and share the bear box and burger or roll. That gives you a taste of everything there. If you’ve got extra stomach space then definitely worth considering the ribs as you can’t go wrong with them.
